We typically bill in "thirds." Initial project estimates are FREE, but once a job has been contracted then we require 34% of the total cost to begin work; then 33% at a pre-determined "half-way" point and then the final 33% upon completion of the project. Extra work required outside of the scope of the initial contract is billed seperately and must be paid in full before it will be started. |

| Work requested to be completed within 12 hours, on an evening (after 5 p.m.), weekend or US federal holiday will typically incure a 20% "Express" fee above normal prices. |
