We guarantee that your web site will be available through the web at least 99.9% of the time, calculated on a monthly basis. Uptime guarantee does not apply to causes beyond our control, such as upstream provider outages, Internet-wide problems, natural disasters, etc. In the unlikely event downtime exceeds allowable time, you may request a credit of 4% of your monthly base account fees for each hour downtime beyond allowable limits. Discount will start from the next billing period.
